Tiger Building provided labour services for the concrete and slab stages of this secure correctional facility. The scope included working in challenging conditions with the exterior walls erected first, creating tight workspaces with limited mobility.
The site’s logistics required careful management, with only one entry point and no cellular service. Workers relied on buggies to navigate the large grounds, with Department of Corrections passes required for access. This project highlights Tiger Building’s adaptability in complex, high-security environments.
